The cds arrived.  1000 of them.  It's sort of crazy.

When was the last time you bought a 1000 of anything? 

Soon there will be sleeves, and then I will have a wee party for myself and stuff them with cds.

It's difficult to express how nervous and pumped I am.  This is Commitment at it's finest.

This week has been full of other surprises too.  I had a couple of shows come up on short notice.  Last night I played at the SCES Exchange with Old Man Luedecke and The Ladies of the Canyon which was an absolute treat.

And best of all, Sunday had me at an emergency house concert.  An unexpected snow storm blew in and prevented travel from Winnipeg to Regina.  The artist that was booked was stuck in Manitoba and I happened to have the evening free, so I sat in on his behalf.  I never foresaw such a thing happening.
