Lately I've been staring at artwork for the upcoming album (January 27 is the official release! Eek!) and getting prepped for tour in early 2012. The meat and potatoes of that job is sitting at my computer. Not very exciting blog material...
But hey! Christmas time's a coming! I am woefully behind on preparations, which has unwittingly become my own holiday tradition. Despite all that, I will be decked in the halls a couple of times this week.
This Friday I will be at the CBC Saskatchewan building for their holiday whoop-up. It's an open house, so if you've ever wanted to snoop around the headquarters, this is your chance! Or, you can tune in to hear all the merrymaking. 102.5 FM around Regina, 540 AM in the rest of the province, and you can stream it from Radio One link too! I'm on from 4 to 6 PM Central time.
Know what else will be a heap of fun? Red Hot Riot this Sunday, that's what!
I'm returning as the musical guest and I'm bringing the band along for the night. Plus, it's a veritable homecoming of comedic talent in Regina. I can't quite express how excited I am for this show. I just think it's going to be superb. It's only $10! Bring your colleagues and make it the Christmas work party that you don't regret!
