Hey you!

IT'S TOUR TIME!

I'm at home right now, but not for long.  We did our first show of the tour in Palmer, SK on Saturday.  As of Friday we are off and away with our first stop in Medicine Hat, AB.

It's all very exciting.

My bags aren't packed, the cooler is empty, my laundry is dirty and the list of  To Dos is still really, really long.  But morale is high.

That's got to count for something.

You can check the Shows page on my website for details.  If there's a house concert near to you and you'd like to attend, send an email to belleplaine@belleplainemusic.com.  We'll take a blood sample, check your criminal record and then ask the host if you can come.

But you'll still have to pay.

This is all in celebration of the album I released in May, called Hello from Belle Plaine.  I'm happy to say there is now a 101 course on it's making.  Watch it here (or on my Video page, whatever).

There's much to be learned from the video, not the least of which is that I shouldn't cut my own bangs.  (You may notice a variance between my stage and park hair.)  The message has reached me, loud and clear.  I'll let Fran & Levi handle the hair from my neck up and I'll stick to shaving my legs.

As for the video, well, that's all the work of Mr. Preston Kanak.  He's a talent and a treat to collaborate with.  Thanks again, Preston!  Beautiful work, as always.

See you out there!
